摘    要:本文研究了紫贻贝(Mytilus edulis)对无机汞203HgCl2的累积和结合.实验结果表明:紫贻贝累积汞速度很快,能力很强.用Sephadex G75凝胶层析表明:所有的203Hg几乎都以生物大分子存在(M.W.>1000).其中大部分203Hg的分子量大于50000,小部分分子量在1000—50000之间.本文还讨论了汞的累积机制,并研究了Zn2+对于203Hg累积的影响.

Abstract:Bio-accumulation in and binding of inorganic mercury by mussel, My-tilus cdulis, were studied during 35-day exposure to 203HgCl. Results of the experiment showed that both speed and ability to accmulate mercury by Mytilus edulis is rather rapid and strong. Gel chromatography of cytosol fractions with sephadex G-76 indicated almost all of 203Hg was bound to large molecular substances (MW>1,000). Most of these 203Hg was bound to molecules molecular weight of which is greater than 50,000 and a small part to molecules molecular weight of which lies between 1,000 and 50,000. Mechanism of bio-accumulation was discussed. Effect of Zn2+ to bio-accumulation and binding of 203Hg were also studied.
