摘    要:随着用户对电能可靠性和质量要求的不断提升,智能电网、互动电网等技术逐步兴起。数字化变电站是智能电网的物理基础,国际电工委员会发布的IEC61850标准为数字化变电站技术奠定了理论基础。本文探讨了IEC61850规约在智能化一次设备以及数字化通信技术的发展及在500KV芝堰变电站的具体应用。

Abstract:As a result of global resources and increasing environmental pressures, the electricity market in the deepening of the process, the user of the power requirements of reliability and quality than ever, the concept of smart grid and interactive grid step by step into the public view. With the rapid development of the power industry, electronics and communications technology, the substation automation technology has improved continuously. The Digital Substation as the physical basis of the smart grid, have sprung up his head. IEC61850 standard that issued by the International Electro technical Commission have laid a theoretical basis for substation digital technology. Intelligent equip- ment and a digital communications technology development and practical use to enable the construction of the standard IEC61850-based substation digital possible.
