中国工业防尘技术现状及未来

我国工业防尘技术取得了长足进步 ,常规尘源控制更加成熟 ,移动性、阵发性和露天矿山尘源有了新的控制技术。除尘系统在系统设计、风机性能、风量调节、卸灰、输灰等方面都有新的进展。除尘设备中 ,袋式除尘技术提高迅速 ,其工程应用的发展很快 ,在高温、高湿、高浓度条件下 ,实现低排放、低阻力、长寿命 ,自控水平显著提高。进入 2 1世纪 ,工业防尘技术将在高效、低耗、可靠、方便等方面达到新的水平 ,并同促进生产、节约能源紧密结合。

The dust controlling technique in China has progressed obviously.Itshowed much ma ture in controlling the conventionaldustsources,and new technique has been used in con trolling the mobile and paroxysmaldustsources and thatin open mines.New development has been madein designing thedustcontrolling system,such asfan performance,airregula tion,cinderand dustconvey.Bag filterhasmadegreatadvancementand applied widely.Bag filter with low emission,low resistance and better durability under higher temperature, higher humidity and higher concentration could be made,and levelofautomation could be distinctively raised.In this coming century,industrial dust collecting and technique will reach a new levelofhigh efficiency,low consumption,high reliability and convenience,and willclosely associtated with production promotion and energy conservation.
