摘    要:苯酚毒性大、难降解,是严重的环境污染物,同时也是环境监测的重要指标。文章介绍了用高效液相色谱荧光检测法测定环境水体中苯酚的分析方法。实验条件,色谱柱VP-ODS(150×4.6 mm,5 um);柱温25℃;流动相:V(甲醇)∶V(水)=46∶54,检测波长为λex/λem=215/300 nm,进样量20 uL。测定结果,苯酚的线性范围0.20~100 mg/L,r=0.999 3,检出限0.1 mg/L。表明该方法适用于对环境水体中苯酚的测定。

Abstract:Phenol will cause serious environment pollutions due to its toxicity and degradation resistance,but it is also an important index in the environmental monitoring.This study determined the phenol in environmental water with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) with fluorescence detection method.Chromatographic conditions were VP-ODS(150 × 4.6 mm,5 um) and the column temperature was 25℃.The mobile phase is V(methanol),V(water) = 46∶54.The fluorescence detector was λex /λem = 215 /300 nm and the injection volume was 20 uL.Results show that the linear range was 0.20 mg /L ~ 100 mg /L with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 3 for phenol and the detection limit was 0.1 mg /L.This method was suitable for the determination of phenol in environmental water samples.
