Function of propaganda and training in promoting rural waste recycling and utilization

Based on an introduction about the background of rural waste recycling and utilization,the function of propaganda and training in promoting this work was demonstrated.Then,the contents and methods of the propaganda and training were introduced,as well as the means to form a view about waste recycling and utilization.It was suggested that the propaganda and training be stressed,enriched and pushed in many ways,so as to widely spread the view and knowledge,and form a long-term mechanism of rural waste recycling and utilization.
