| 摘 要： | 对深圳市生活垃圾从源头产生到末端处理的全过程管理模式进行了系统介绍,内容包括规划方法、融资体制、运营管理、技术应用、模式设计、政策扶持、宣传引导等诸多方面,其中垃圾直收直运模式、以环境园为核心的垃圾处理体系和依托"水平台"的垃圾收费方式对土地稀缺的大型城市具有重要的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | This paper presents an overview of integrated municipal solid waste management in Shenzhen from the aspects of planning method,financing system,operation management,technology application,model design,supportive policy,publicity guide and so on.Shenzhen has referential significance to big cities with deficient land,especially in ways of its pattern of garbage collection and transportion,the planning system of Environmental Park and waste charging. |
