| 摘 要： | 针对江汉油田推行HSE管理以来,目前在HSE管理观念、认识以及体制等方面存在的问题,在分析这些问题产生的主、客原因的基础上,提出只有坚持企业领导重视和全员参与、强化HSE管理的执行力、持续完善HSE管理体系、逐步实施HSE文化管理的原则,油田HSE管理才能取得满意效果的几点认识.
