差压密度测量法在湿法脱硫中的改进

摘    要:针对湿法脱硫吸收塔采用搅拌器、氧化空气喷枪组合式强制氧化装置时,吸收塔差压密度测量装置测量结果误差大的情况,通过对不同安装位置、安装方式的对比研究,研究出了一种设置在循环泵出口立管上的差压密度测量装置,该装置测量结果具有准确性高、稳定性好等优点,在湿法烟气脱硫系统中,将使差压密度测量法得到更广泛应用。

Abstract:On the condition that agitator air lance assemblies are used in the flue gas desulfurization system, the measurements of differential pressure density meters on absorption tower have considerable error. By comparing different setting positions and installation modes with the traditional methods, an improved differential pressure density instrument was presented and installed in the vertical pipe of the circulating pump outlet. The measurement results were excellent in several aspects,giving a high accuracy and reliability. Differential pressure density instruments can be widely used in wet flue gas desulfurization systems.
