| 摘 要： | 地震应急避难场所是城市防灾减灾应付突发事件的重要措施之一。本文在介绍了国内外应急避难场所的建设现状之后,结合北京市应急避难工作的探索与实践提出了城市应急避难场所的规划原则和技术要求、设计要求、启用与管理等几个方面的问题。

| Abstract: | The construction of earthquake emergency asylum is one of the important measures to deal with emergencies of city calamities.This article introduces the current situation of the construction of emergency asylums home and abroad,and puts forward some questions on the planning principle of the emergency asylum,technical requirements,design requirements,their using and management according to the research and practice of the rescue work in Beijing. |
