| 摘 要： | 重金属是沿食物链进入人体的重要污染物,它对食品安全和人体健康带来极大威胁,而大多数普通消费者对土壤重金属污染影响食品安全的问题知之甚少.综述了土壤重金属对食品的污染及对人体的危害,介绍了土壤中重金属进入食品的途径,并提出降低重金属对食品安全影响的具体措施.

| Abstract: | Heavy Metals are the key pollutants coming into human's body throgh food chains.They endanger the food security and people's health,however,the majority of common consumers know little about the pollution of soil heavy metals.This article clarifies the pollution of soil heavy metals on food and human body,introduces the access of soil heavy metals into the food and proposes measures to decrease their impact on food security. |
