组氨酸-Co(Ⅱ)光度法测定水中溶解氧的研究

摘    要:以氧载体作显色体系,提出了组氨酸-Co(Ⅱ)光度法测定水中溶解氧的方法;并用从实验中得到的(Co)-(O2)关系,尝试用Co标准溶液代替O2标准,解决了O2标准的难题。该方法简单、快速、取样量少、准确度高。DO的测定范围为0.1 ̄20mg/L。

Abstract:In this paper a new spectrophotometric method for determining dissolved oxygen in water with HistidineCo complexe as a colour reagent is investigated.According to the relationship of CoO2 found in experiment ACo standard curve is used as calibrated curve instead of AO2 curve and the difficult of gaining the oxygen standard can be sollved.It is a simple,fast,accurate and microanalysis method,the determining range of DO is 0120 mg/L.
