宜居生态市评价指标解析

依据城市可持续发展的要求，提出了宜居生态市的概念，并对其内涵进行了探讨分析.将宜居生态市概括为“人本化”、“生态化”、“持续化”、“安全化”和“节约化”的“五化”城市.在调研国内外相关研究的基础上，凸现“以人为本”的城市建设理念；从目标层、准则层和指标层3个层次，以及经济社会、生活质量、资源保护、环境治理和基础设施5个方面，构建了宜居生态市的评价指标体系，并应用TOPSIS方法对宜兴市宜居生态市的建设进行了评价.结果表明:宜兴市的生态宜居性在逐年提高，但与理想状况仍有一定差距；具体指标分析表明，应加大对产业结构调整力度的改进. 

Study on Assessment Index of Livable Eco-City

The concept of livable eco-city is developed based on the demand of sustainable development,and its connotation is analyzed.It is generalized as a city with humanity,ecology,sustainability,safety and economy.Based on relevant research at home and abroad,the concept of "a city for people" appears.A new considered for index selection.By method of TOPSIS,the city of Yixing is appraised.The results show Yixing is improving in building a livable eco-city,however,it still has some gaps with a perfect condition.The index analysis also shows that the adjustment of industrial structure is needed to get further improvement.
