星用FR-4电路板内建电场分析计算研究

摘    要:介质内建电场的分析计算是卫星内带电效应分析和评估研究的重要环节。针对星用FR-4电路板计算了多种条件(电子能量、电路板厚度、电子入射方式、接地方式)下的内建电场并对其进行了详细的分析探讨。研究发现,介质内部最大内建电场是由电荷沉积量及泄漏速率两种因素共同决定的;最大内建电场总是随介质厚度的增加而增加;最大内建电场随入射电子能量的增加不是单调减少的。

Abstract:Computation of build-up electric field of dielectric is an important part of analysis and evaluation of internal charging effect of satellite.Build-up field computation of multiplicate condition(electron energy,PCB thickness,electron incidence pattern,and grounding) of FR-4 PCB for satellite was analyzed.The results showed that maximum build-up field is mainly determined by quantity of build-up charge and rate of charge leakage;maximum build-up field always increases by dielectric thickness;maximum build-up...
