| 摘 要： | 战略分析是战略环境评价中的基础性工作之一.首先介绍了 SEA 中的战略一般分析的内容,即战略内容分析,战略过程分析和战略组织分析;接着介绍了战略失效分析的主要内容,包括战略内容失误,战略过程失真和战略组织失效.最后提出了战略分析框架结构.

| Abstract: | Strategies' analyses is the basic work of strategic environmental assessment (SEA). This paper first introduces the general contents of strategy analyses in SEA, that is, the analyses of strategies' content, process and organization. Then introduces the main contents of strategic failure analyses including the content error, process distortion and organization invalidation. At last, the framework of strategic analyses in SEA is proposed. |
