石墨炉原子吸收法测定头发中铜

摘    要:利用优级纯硝酸浸润,放置过夜,适当水浴加热的方法,将头发制备成溶液,用石墨炉原子吸收法测定头发中铜,在选定的测定条件下检出限0.005mg/L、精密度2.4%、准确度实验的回收率在94.8% ̄105.2%之间。

Abstract:Hair was prepared as solution by infiltrating in superior grade pure nitric acid, laying aside throughout night and heating in water bath. Furnace atomic absorption spectrometer was used to determine copper in the hair. Under designed standard conditions, the detection limit was 0.005mg/L, analytical precision 2.4% and recovery rate 94.8~105.2%.
