摘    要: 对不同污泥浓度、颗粒粒径以及蛋白质含量条件下红斑顠体虫的生长情况进行了考察,结果表明,在试验污泥浓度范围内红斑顠体虫的最大容纳密度与污泥浓度成正比,而比增长速率和污泥浓度之间的关系满足Monod方程.污泥中蛋白质含量越高,红斑顠体虫比增长速率越高.污泥絮体颗粒粒径越小,越容易为红斑顠体虫所摄食.

Abstract:Sludge as a food of A. hemprichi is the main factor effecting the growth of A. hemprichi. The influences of sludge concentration, particle size and protein ratio on the growth of A. hemprichi were investigated. The maximal density of A. hemprichi was proportional to the sludge concentration and the relationship between the specific growth rate of A. hemprichi and the sludge concentration followed the Monod equation. The growth of A. hemprichi was not limited when sludge concentration was higher than 300mg/(VSSL). The higher the protein ratio in the sludge, the higher the specific growth rate of A. hemprichi was. The sludge consisting of smaller particle size was easier to be predated by A. hemprichi. The maximal density and the growth rate of A. hemprichi increased when the sludge was treated with ultrasound. The estimated sludge amount available for predation of A. hemprichi could be calculated with the sludge concentration and the distribution of particle size.
