摘    要:
针对煤矿安全生产多套监控系统并存的现状,通过将煤矿系统模块化,形成了基于安全信息管理数据库的安全生产协同监控系统.该系统能够以工作场所为单位综合分析各类安全信息,协调各部门的安全生产工作,为其提供参考,同时节约资源,减少操作人员,提高危险源辨识准确性,预测事故并将其消灭在萌芽状态,形成闭环安全管理.

Abstract:
The present paper analyzed the principal contradiction between the coal mine safety and production, and the source of the mining information. It is high time the safety and production monitoring systems received more attention to update the information timely to avoid the mining accidents or al least to reduce such accidents. The synthesized monitoring system here introduced is based on the safety information management database of the coal mine. The workplace hereby mentioned is regarded as the basic management unit in organizing the monitoring parameters of the environment and equipment and the safety inspection results. The database abstracted the mine system into 10 modules, workplace type, accident type, equipment type, department, operations, safety regulation, hydrogeology data, staff education, management, monitoring data. The above ten relatively independent modules contain all the mining activities. Thus, it can control the overall situation and adjustment to change the circumstances. When monitoring, the ultimate production will be predicted and the production quantity will be assigned to every establishment. Through the analysis of the aviary information of each workplace, the working condition will be checked in accordance with the reference supported by the database and the safety checklists automatically formulated. The workplace is allowed to start its production only when passing the inspection is done and proves regular in operation. The above introduced new method to guarantee the safety and production monitoring is based on the systemic safety management theory and supported by the modularization of the coal mine. It can be used in the monitoring of large mining enterprises too.
