| 摘 要： | 本文在对我国１０多个省（自治区）２ｏ多个自然保护区的实际调查和全国资料的统计分析基础上，从我国自然保护区的管理体制、管理机构建设、资源的保护与适度开发利用、科学研究与宣传教育等方面，全面分析了我国自然保护区有效管理的现状，总结了取得的成绩和存在的问题，并针对存在的主要问题，提出了相应的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the field surveys in more than 20 natural reserves distributed in 10 provinces and autonomous regions and on the national wide data analysis,the present status of the effective management of natural reserves in China was comprehensively analyzed from the aspects of administra-tive system,construction of mananagement institution,re-sources conservation and suitable utilization,scientiflc re-search and conseruation publicity and education. Further-more,the achievements and shortcomings were summarized,and;some countermeasures and recommendations correspond-ing to the existed shortcomings were put forward. |
