| Abstract: | Based on researching present situation in Hengyang city, the paper analyzes the some existing concerned barriers about characteristics construction in Hengyang city,raise to establish the urban characteristics construction project in all directions such as forging a new kind of civilization, making economic aircraft carrier, developing the Chuanshan culture, combing the mountains and dredging the waters, rebuilding the urban and constructing the city characteristics of Hengyang city. |
