| 摘 要： | 文章分析呼和浩特市饮用水及引黄入呼补充饮用水不足因黄河水质问题可能引起的水环境安全的状况，探讨呼和浩特市饮用水环境安全问题，设想控制水环境污染，实施水资源优化配置，以城市中水回用、引黄河水替代工业用地下优水的方案，确保呼和浩特市饮用水的安全供给。

| Abstract: | The current situation of drinking water in Hohhot and potential problems of water environment caused by the introduced Yellow river water are analyzed, the measures to control water environment pollution, realize the optimal allocation of water resources and water recycling and replace the underground water of industrial production with Yellow river water are discussed,its purpose is to ensure the safety supply of drinking water. |
