Abstract:HeI (21.22eV) photoelectron spectrum of microwave discharge(MD)spe-cies of CF_2Cl_2 has been reported in this paper. The HeI photoelectron spec-tra of reaction between O_2 and the species generated by the MD of CF_2Cl_2,CF_2Cl_2 and the species generated by the MD of O_2, and of the productions generated by the MD of CF_2Cl_2 and O_2 mixtures have also been given. The chlorine atomic species was obtained by the MD method.So the mechanism of ozone depletion in the stratosphere by the Freon is presented.
