| Abstract: | According to the function of reflect light, which is the unique character of the retro - reflective materials, three measure methods and the elements which may influence the results of the measure were discussed and analyzed in this thesis. It will supply reference for the design of the measure system, measure methods, the selection of the instruments and the uncertain evaluation of the measure results. |
