| Abstract: | High quality development is a main determination to the changing stages and current juncture of economic development in China. This paper scientifically explains the connotation and extension of high quality development, systematically introduces its realistic meaning and major foundation, and then proposes the key links, thoughts and measures for high quality development. The importance of innovation driven, green development and people''s welfare to the high quality development are highlighted. |
