| 摘 要： | 文章通过分析准东地区煤炭资源分布及产业带入驻企业的基本情况,阐述了准东煤电煤化工产业带的发展及现状,重点分析了准东煤炭资源开发需要关注的生态环境问题：如对水资源的影响;对大气环境的影响;对地表环境的影响以及对自然保护区的影响.并就如何解决这类问题的对策和建议做了充分的讨论,为准东煤炭资源开发建设与生态环境的保护做了有益的探索,也为管理部门更好的、科学的管理准东煤田建设提供了可资借鉴和参考的依据.

| Abstract: | In this paper, By analyzing the basic situation on the distribution of coal resources and enterprises settled in the industrial belt, the development and current situation of East Junggar Basin. coal chemical industrial belt is elaborated, ecological and environmental problems may aroused by development of coal resources is focused on. for example, the impact on water resources, the atmospheric environment; the surface environmental and nature reserves. And the author gave full discussion about how to solve such problems, explored a useful method of development of coal re- source and environmental protection and ecological construction, and also provided the referenced basis for scientific management of East Junggar Basin. coalfield construction. |
