皖南丘陵山区可持续发展的生态足迹分析——以池州市为例

生态足迹理论是一种定量测度区域可持续发展状态的有效方法。以皖南丘陵山区池州市为例，对其1996-2004年生态足迹和生态承载力进行了计算和分析。结果显示，池州市历年的人均生态足迹不断增加，9年时间增加了37．85％，而人均生态承载力却减少了5．49％。该地区历年人均生态足迹均出现赤字，而且呈增长的趋势；自然资源的利用效率不高以及自然资源供需的非均衡性增长导致生态赤字的出现和持续增长；目前池州市的发展模式已超出了自然生态系统的承载能力，处在不可持续的发展状态，并提出了相应的对策和措施。

Analysis of Ecological Footprint in Mountainous and Hilly Areas of South Region of Anhui Province——A Case Study in Chizhou

The ecological footprint theory was the succinct and effective way to measure the human impact on the natural resources and to judge whether human activities stayed within carrying capacity.This paper simply introduced the concept and calculation method of ecological footprint,and applied them to Chizhou City for the time period from 1996 to 2004.The result showed that the demand of the ecological footprint of this region increased 37.85% and the supply of the ecological footprint decreased 5.49% in the 9 years continually.This region was in ecological deficit condition for all these 9 years and the ecological deficit increased sharply.The increase of ecological footprint and deficit were mainly due to the rapid increase of human population and its consumption structure upgrade.The computation result of this paper showed that human load already stayed beyond Chizhou's ecological capacity,and the Chizhou's natural ecosystem was under great pressure of human activities.To achieve sustainable development,Chizhou would change its production and consumption model,and some strategies were put forward for this.
