消防员运动性疲劳监测量表的评价

摘    要:为了预防战训损伤,利用消防员运动性疲劳监测量表,研究评价消防员训练疲劳。通过基层消防救援队伍量表数据的统计分析,探讨量表的题目编制,包括题目区分度分析和辨别力分析,检验量表的信效度,进而构建量表的参考常模,评价消防员疲劳等级及类型。研究结果表明:量表题目及结构符合标准,根据量表得分确定消防员是否疲劳,并将消防员疲劳划分为轻度疲劳、过度疲劳2个等级,以及应激过度主导和恢复不足主导2个类别,从而有效监测消防员战训情况,提高消防救援队伍战斗力。

Abstract:To prevent the injury of training,the monitoring scale for the exercise induced fatigue of firefighters was utilized to research and evaluate the training induced fatigue of firefighters.Through the statistical analysis on the scale data of grass roots fire troop,the topics compilation of the scale was discussed,including the distinction degree analysis and discriminability analysis of the topics.The reliability and validity of the scale was tested,thereby the reference norm of the scale was constructed to evaluate the fatigue grades and types of firefighters.The results showed that the topics and structure of the scale conformed to the standards.Whether the firefighters were fatigue was determined according to the score of the scale,and the fatigue of firefighters could be divided into two grades of mild fatigue and over fatigue,as well as two types of over stress leading and insufficient recovery leading,so as to effectively monitor the training situation of firefighters and improve the combat effectiveness of fire brigades.
