摘    要:为解决近距离煤层上行开采上煤层出现台阶状下沉问题,以西曲煤矿南三盘区近距离煤层群为研究背景,结合其煤层地质条件,采用理论计算对南三盘区近距离煤层群上行开采进行可行性判定,并建立数值和相似模拟模型,模拟留煤柱和错层位巷道布置开采,对上行开采煤层垮落形式和卸压效果进行试验分析。试验结果表明:煤层上行开采过程会导致上层煤位于垮落带内;采用留煤柱巷道布置上煤层出现台阶状下沉现象,错层位巷道布置上煤层连续下沉不会出现台阶状下沉;错层位巷道布置上行开采,上煤层卸压效果良好,无应力集中现象。研究结论可为类似条件上行开采和岩层控制提供参考。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of step-like sinking in the upper coal seam during the ascending mining of the close distance coal seam,the close distance coal seam group in the southern Sanpan area of Xiqu coal mine was taken as the research background.Combined with its coal seam geological conditions,the feasibility judgment on the ascending mining of the close distance coal seam group in the southern Sanpan area was carried out by using the theoretical calculation.The numerical and similar simulation models were established to simulate the mining with roadway layout of coal pillars and staggered levels,and the testing analysis on the collapse form and pressure relief effect of coal seam with the ascending mining was carried out.The results showed that the ascending mining process of coal seam would cause the upper coal to be located in the collapse zone.The phenomenon of step-like sinking would appear in the upper coal seam with the roadway layout of coal pillars,while the continuous sinking instead of the step-like sinking would appear in the upper coal seam with the roadway layout of staggered levels.When adopting the ascending mining with the roadway layout of staggered levels,the pressure relief effect of upper coal seam was good,without the phenomenon of stress concentration.The research conclusions can provide reference for the ascending mining and rock formation control under similar conditions.
