彻底封闭烟气旁路挡板的可行性探索

摘    要:随着环保标准的进一步提高,部分新建火电厂不再设置烟气旁路挡板,现有机组彻底封闭旁路挡板也是未来趋势。结合漳山电厂烟囱防腐期间,彻底封闭旁路挡板8个月的运行经验,阐述这种运行方式的逻辑修改和启动方式。经过实践证明,彻底封闭旁路挡板完全可行。

Abstract:With further improvement on environmental protection standards,flue gas bypass baffles are no longer set for part of new coal-fired power plants.The full-closing of bypass baffles for the existing units is the future trend.combining with the operation experience in complete closing of bypass baffle for 8 months during the anticorrosion of the chimneys for Shanxi Zhangshan Electric Power Co.,Ltd.it is expounded the logic modification and start-up pattern of this operation.It was proved that full-closing of bypass baffles was feasible.
