用改革的眼光和思维强化企业的安全管理

在改革过程中 ,安全工作只能加强 ,不能削弱 ,已成共识。但是 ,如何强化改革过程中的安全工作 ,却有一种错误的认识 :无论机构如何改 ,安全机构不能撤 ,无论人员怎么减 ,安全人员不能减。而笔者分析了当前改革的实质和安全管理工作面临的问题 ,对如何顺应改革 ,强化管理 ,提出了自己的观点和见解 ,同时相信 ,这些看法对当前改革中的安全管理会有启示和参考价值 ,对强化企业的安全生产工作也有借鉴作用。

Strengthening the Safety Management in Enterprises by the Foresight of Reformation

It is well recognized that the safety management in enterprises must be strengthened in the course of reformation. It may not be correct that the safety organization and its staff must be kept unchanged forever. The key points concerning the safety management in the course of enterprise reformation are analyzed, meanwhile, the countermeasures are recommended.
