电站锅炉管屏产品厂内预组装的制造技术与验证

电建单位在安装水冷壁等电站锅炉产品时,首先在地面的组装平台上根据设计总图,将单屏摆拼焊接之后,再整体起吊安装,对于组装时发现的形位尺寸问题只能现场解决。本文主要探讨了在锅炉制造企业内部模拟现场组装条件进行预组装,介绍了电站锅炉管屏产品的结构特点、厂内预组装的意义、预组装工装设计、技术条件以及预组装前后质量的对比分析,通过加强管控和优化工艺流程等手段提高厂内制造精度,保证设备顺利安装。

Manufacturing Technology and Verification of Pre-assembly of Tube-panels Products in Power Station Boiler

When installing water-wall and other power station boiler products,the electric power construction unit will first assemble and weld the single screen pendulum on the ground platform,and then lift and install it as a whole.The problem of shape and position size found in the assembly can only be solved on the spot.This paper mainly discusses the pre-assembly of simulated field assembly conditions in boiler manufacturing enterprises,introduces the structural characteristics of tube screen products of power station boiler,the significance of pre-assembly,the design of pre-assembly tools,the technical conditions and the comparative analysis of quality before and after pre-assembly,and improves the manufacturing accuracy of the plant by strengthening the control and optimizing the technological process,so as to ensure the smooth installation of the equipment.
