摘    要:对角钢式脚手架进行应力测试和理论计算研究.采用电测法测试了危险截面的应力大小及分布规律.结果表明,2、4测点是危险点;采用斜弯曲理论进行理论计算,所得结论与实验测试是一致的,其中2点受拉应力作用.上述分析为脚手架的设计、制作和安全使用提供了强度分析依据.同时还对脚手架其他安全问题进行了讨论.

Abstract:The present article aims to make a theoretical analysis and calculation of the stress with the danger points in the dual-angle sections with unique legs. The results show that point 2 and point 4 are the danger points in accordance with the eccentric bending theory for calculation. The result of our experiment shows that the danger point 2 usually occur under the pull stress while point 4 under the stress of pressure, which originates in the basis of design, manufacture and the application of the falsework. Hence, the author has also given a brief comment on the safety problem of the falsework preparation. As the falseworks with dual-angle sections with unique legs are widely used in ship-building industry, it's of vital importance to test the stress when it is under the worst working condition so as to make sure the safety of danger points by making these points fully satisfy the requirement of the intensity.
