旅游者安全价值及其评价

笔者提出旅游者安全价值概念,并从安全效用与旅游者价值观角度入手,通过研究旅游者为保障自身安全所愿意支付的货币代价,构建旅游者安全价值的量化概念、评价体系与测算公式。从而获得旅游者为保障自身的旅游安全所愿意支付的货币代价,形成对旅游者的安全保障需求的整体认识,使旅游经营管理者对旅游安全保障工作的市场潜在效益形成定量化认识,树立"安全出效益"的观念。

Safety Value of Tourists and Its Evaluation

To evaluate the tour safety benefit, the concept of tourists' safety value was firstly proposed. Then, from the perspective of safety utility and tourist' sense of value, the qualification concept, evaluation system and calculation formulas were constructed and established by analyzing how much money tourists were willing to pay for their own safety protection. Thus, the price that the tourists expected to give for getting their safety protection in traveling was obtained, which finally provides basis for tourism agencies to recognize the tourists' general need for safety protection and to obtain the quantitative cognition of potential benefit of tour safety protection.
