| Abstract: | It is an important task to classify the disaster property in the disaster study. Up to present, there is no unitary method and standard to classify the catastrophe in our country. To solve the problem, the article poses a disaster classification system by research on the total quality of disaster, which divided the disaster into three grades, that is disaster type, disaster species and disaster kind. |
