摘    要:通过140La放射示踪技术,研究了稀土元素镧(La)在底泥及底栖生物螺蛳(梨形环棱螺,Belamyapurificata)中的分布和积累作用。结果表明,稀土元素镧在底泥中较易积累,并主要以碳酸盐结合态(36%左右)、铁锰结合态(26%左右)及有机结合态(14%左右)形态存在;螺蛳对镧也有一定的富集能力,其各部位镧的积累量依次为:内脏囊>螺壳>头足部;高浓度(10mg/L)处理组底泥及螺蛳中镧的积累量明显高于低浓度(2mg/L)处理组,但富集能力差异不大。

Abstract:Distribution and accumulation of lanthamun in sediment and in Bellamya purificata were studied by means of isotope 140 La. Results showed that is was easy to accumulate lanthamun in sediment, mainly deposited in forms of carbonate (about 36%), iron manganese oxide (about 26%) and organic compounds (about 14%). Snail had certain ability to concentrate lanthamun, with its sequence as: viscera > shell > head and tentacles. The accumulation contents of lanthamun in sediment and in snail under 10mg/L (La 3 ) treatment were higher than those under 2mg/L (La 3 ) treatment; but accumulation ability (concentration factor) showed slight difference.
