| 摘 要： | 简述了港口环境问题产生的原因，在概括了港口环保管理存在问题及现行环保管理模式的基础上，提出了可持续发展的基本概念及港口可持续发展所需要的条件，在此基础上，对可持续发展的环保管理模式进行了初步探讨。
