| Abstract: | The purpose of college is to foster new peoples with "Four Possessions",and the consciousness that political thought is the lifeblood of all works must be set in order to realize this purpose getting a clear understanding of the situation only, holding focal point, grasping and managing together , the job of political thought of college could be inproved and strengthened practically. |
