| 摘 要： | 双向调控管理模式是我国在长期城市环境治理与生态建设实践中积累的成功模式之一。县域生态系统的特点以及县域系统中的各种生态问题起因人们对系统的不适应调控的现实说明：该模式的实质同样适用于县域生态建设。

| Abstract: | The twok-way adjustment is one of the successful model of the envi-ronmental control and ecological construction of city in China, Both countyregion ecosystem's character and problems,due to the peoples unreasonableadjusting ecosystem, indicate that the aforesaid model is also adaptive toecological construction of county region,The rclationship between economicdevelopment and the ecological construction,leader making poling and scien-tific research, part and whole, can be harmonized from double angles,thesynchronous development of ecological construction and economic developmentcan be promoted.Its effect has been shown in Dazu County in SichuanProvince on the ecological construction of county region. |
