土壤中苯胺类污染物的液相色谱测定

摘    要:试验建立了土壤中苯胺类污染物的液相色谱测定方法,优化了试验条件。方法线性关系很好,7种苯胺类成分的检出限在0.1μg/kg~0.5μg/kg之间,空白加标试验的相对标准偏差RSD在1.8%~4.8%之间,基质加标回收率在63.8%~92.7%之间。实际样品的测定结果表明该方法分离效果好,能够满足土壤中苯胺类分析的要求。

Abstract:A method of determining 7 types of aniline hydrocarbons is established and optimized by using high effective liquid chromatography way.The linear relations of the method is obvious,the determining limits of these 7 aniline pollutants are 0.1μg/kg~0.5μg/kg,the relative standards deviations(RSD) of blank standard addition tests are 1.8%~4.8% and the recovery rates of substrate standard addition are 63.8%~92.7%.The results of actual samples determination indicate that the method has the better separate effect and may arriver the demands of aniline pollutants determining within soil.
