| 摘 要： | 本文综术了充分利用和强化土壤生态系统净化机能的研究进展，提出了以强化土壤生态系统的反硝化作用为根本措施，以及根据土壤的环境容量严格控制污水污泥和化肥的用量等对策措施，以防治对地表水和地下水的污染。
