Review of Statistical Acceleration Models in Accelerated Life Testing

Acceleration models are the core of accelerated life testing technology, which can be divided into physical acceleration models, empirical acceleration models, and statistical acceleration models by the methodology they were derived from. Statistical acceleration models were paid more attention to because of the strong applicability. A review of the current statistical acceleration models in accelerated life testing area was presented and some widely used or representative models were discussed in detail. The merits and drawbacks of these models were analyzed. The prospect of acceleration models was presented finally.
