摘    要:采用粘有活性炭粉末的聚丙烯填料为浮动床载体 ,进行了挂膜、载体投加率选择及处理炼油废水的试验研究。结果表明 ,这种混合载体挂膜期短且效果好 ,在载体投加率为 40 % ,HRT为 2h时就可取得很好的去除效果 ,CODcr去除率 >86% ,NH3-N去除率 >68%。

Abstract:Polypropylene plastics with activated carbon powders are used as carriers in floating bed. A series of experimental researches are conducted including culturing biofilm, selecting carriers holdup and the treatment for refinery waste water by a floating bed. The results show that this type of carriers can better format biofilm in a shorter period and good removal results can be obtained when carriers holdup is 40% and HRT is 2h, with the removal of COD cr and NH 3-N above 86% and 68% respectively.
