摘    要:4段式平板膜处理污泥及中水回用工艺是根据次临界通量的原理设计运行的。在中试装置运行25 d的过程中,发现污泥浓度逐级提升,在进泥浓度为3 g/L左右时,出泥平均可达35 g/L;同时发现,膜出水COD和氨氮浓度均在工艺运行18 d内分别保持在50 mg/L和10 mg/L;最后,研究发现,从第1段到第4段过程中,污泥的粒径逐渐减少,而污泥的粘度和毛细脱水时间是逐渐增大的。

Abstract:According to the principle of sub-critical flux, the process of using flat-sheet membrane for four-stage sludge thickening(FSMST) was designed for thicken sludge and reuse water.During the 25 d operation of pilot scale FSMST, it was found that the sludge concentration gradually increased from first stage to fourth stage, moreover, it was detected that the effluent sludge concentration maintained at approximate 35 g/L when the influent sludge concentration was about 3 g/L.Meanwhile, the chemical oxygen demand(COD) and NH4+-N of the effluent water were stably below 50 mg/L and 20 mg/L, respectively, after 18 d operation.Ultimately, it was observed that the particle size of sludge decreased from first stage to fourth stage, on the contrary, the viscosity and capillary suction time(CST) of sludge gradually increased.
