海水冷却技术在中国的应用分析研究

摘    要:从技术、经济和环境等角度对海水直流冷却和海水循环冷却进行分析讨论,并针对国内外海水冷却技术的应用差异,指出当前与国外相比,中国海水冷却技术的应用发展中还存在着产业规模偏低、工程数量较少、应用领域单一、资源利用率有待提高等问题.针对海水直流冷却因取排水量大具有潜在环境危害、其应用在国外逐渐受到制约等问题,提出应以海洋环保为导向,通过采取加大投入、强化引导、严格准入和转变企业经济环保观念等措施,推动中国海水冷却技术的环境友好化发展.

Abstract:After analyzing the superiority and inferiority of the once-through cooling( OTC) and the recirculating cooling u-sing seawater on technical, economic and environmental aspects, this paper discussed the difference on the application-status between the domestic and abroad seawater cooling technology. By the comparing with the foreign country, it was indicated that there were some questions in the application of seawater cooling technology in China, such as the low scale of industry, little of engineering quantity, the single of application field, and low resource utilization efficiency. Because there involve lots of water volume in the process of collecting and drainage, OTC is not good for marine environmental protection and was restricted abroad. Therefore, the paper promotes to improve environment-friendly development of seawater cooling technology in China under the guidance of marine environmental protection.
