摘    要:
新形势下水文与水资源工程专业存在专业培养目标不明确,与社会需求脱节,课程教学大纲与教学课程设置僵化,就业形势严峻,学生学习积极性低等问题.只有通过与实际紧密结合的理论教学体系和实践教学体系的积极改革,创新高等院校"产"、"学"、"研"相结合的合作办学新模式,以"产"、"学"、"研"合作为培养手段,才能准确把握人才培养目标,探索出新形势下水文与水资源工程专业人才培养的新机制.

Abstract:
Under the new situation, there are some problems in the teaching of hydrology and water resources engineering, such as unclear professional training objectives, out of touch with social needs, rigid curriculum teaching and curriculum setting,severe employment situation,and low learning motivation of students.Discussion shows that the positive reform on theoretical teaching and practical teaching systemclosely related to reality, innovation mode of education on combination of production, teaching and research.Production, teaching, research cooperation as a means of training, and actively responds to the needs of innovative talents, accurately grasp the talent training goal.To explore and develop new mechanismsunder the new situation is the reform goal of the specialty of hydrology and water resources engineering.
