山地型小城市的旧城改造研究——以商洛市西街片区为例

随着山地型小城市城市化的发展,需要结合地域性进行因地制宜地深化发展,旧城改造就是山地型小城市节约资源的发展模式之一。商洛市在西街片区旧城改造上,结合当地人文环境和地理风貌,从地域性的概念和旧城改造的关系出发,对其改造前后的环境和文化氛围、土地使用功能、古建筑保护方面进行了分析,并提出合理规划山地型小城市的旧城改造策略,为山地型小城市在今后城市化建设上起到了探索性作用。

Analysis on Urban Redevelopment in Small Mountain Cities --A Case Study on West Street Area of Shanluo City

With the development of small mountain cities, the needs to integrate local conditions so as to deepening the development increases. Urban redevelopment is economical one of the small mountain cities development mode. A small mountain cityof Shangluo＇s west street area is in urban redevelopment, combining with local human environment and geographical feature. Fromthe perspective of the relationship between the concept of regional and urban redevelopment, the environment and cultural atmos-phere, land use function, ancient architecture protection before and after the construction are analyzed. This paper also puts forward reasonable plan and had exploratory effect on urbanization in the future for small mountain cities.
