生态文明建设中西青区资源环境与经济协调性趋势分析研究

经过近10年的生态示范建设,西青区逐步改善了经济发展与资源环境的协调关系,并迈入生态文明建设的新阶段。本文对西青区2005年至2012年经济增长、资源消耗及环境污染的相关数据进行分析,找出三者间关系的变化趋势。分析得出,西青区水资源、能源消耗及主要污染物排放强度随经济增长开始出现下降趋势,这表明经济增长对资源及环境的依赖程度正逐步降低;同时也指出随着社会经济的高速发展,未来该区的资源环境仍可能面临巨大压力,并为其开展生态文明建设提出建议。

Trend Analysis on Coordination Between Resource Environment and Economy in Xiqing District Under Ecological Civilization Construction

After nearly ten year of eeo - demonstration construction, Xiqing District has gradually improved the coordination between economic development and resource environment, and entered a new stage of the construction of ecological civilization. Through analyzing the relevant data of the economic growth, resource consumption and environmental pollution in Xiqing District were analyzed, then the correlations among their variation tendency from 2005 to 2012 were concluded. The results show that water resources and energy consumption and major pollution discharges start to decline with economic growth, which indicates the dependency of economic growth on resources and environment is increasingly weakening. At the same time, the original points out that the regional resources and environment may be still under great stress with the rapid development of social economy in the future of Xiqing District, and proposes some follow - up measures to consolidate gains and continue advancing construction of ecological civilization.
