科技促进环保产业发展的思考

加快环保产业发展是中国既定的促进经济持续健康发展的重要战略性举措之一。本文在梳理中国环保产业现状的基础上,重点从科技促进环保产业发展的角度进行分析,认为尽管科技在环保产业发展中发挥着支撑和引领作用,然而研发技术的单一性、关键设备的欠稳定性以及技术的经济成本过高等因素限制了技术对产业支撑作用的发挥。本研究认为,环保技术的研发应该充分与环保产业发展特点相结合,政府要加大创新型环保企业的培育,加强不同科技资源的统筹和衔接,完善科技扶持政策,加强创新支撑体系建设,鼓励商业模式的创新。

Considerations on Promoting Environmental Protection with Science and Technology

Accelerating the development of environmental protection industry is one of our nation＇s strategic initiatives to promote the sustainable and healthy development of economy. Based on the development status of China＇s environmental protectionindustry, and from the perspective of science and technology promoting environmental protection industry, this paper analyzed therole of science and technology in environmental protection industry development and thought that although science and technologyplay a supporting and leading role in the environmental protection industry, monotonousness of the technology, less stability of thekey equipment and high cost limit the function of technology. The research and development of environmental protection technology should consider its feature. The government needs pay more attention on cultivating innovative enterprises, strengthening thecohesion of scientific and technological resources, improving support policies, enhancing the system of innovation and encouragingnew business models.
