| 摘 要： | 中国已经正式加入了WTO。环保产业是 2 1世纪的重头产业 ,而城市垃圾处理行业又是环保产业的核心之一。本文在分析我国城市垃圾处理行业发展状况的基础上 ,结合WTO及《WTO协议》的原则和规定 ,从机遇和挑战两个方面分析了加入WTO对我国城市垃圾处理行业的影响 ;并提出了应对策略

| Abstract: | As China has entered WTO (World Trade Organization), the environmental protection industry is going to be a major industry in the 21st century. And the industry dealing with the municipal solid waste is its core. Based on the analysis of the development of the disposal industry of municipal solid waste and considering the WTO issues, the paper tries to analyze the opportunities and challenges brought by the entry into WTO to the disposal industry of municipal solid waste in China. The paper also gives some policy suggestions. |
