Research on intervention of habitual unsafe behavior in construction of foundation pit

According to the"2-4 model",habitual behavior is the indirect cause of the accident.In order to improve the safety knowledge,safety awareness and safety habits of foundation pit operators,and prevent the casualties and property losses caused by foundation pit collapse accident,a subway construction site in Xi′an was taken as the investigation object,and at the same time,according to the behavior of transtheoretical model(TTM)intervention method,a control group and experimental group were set up and SPSS software was used to analyze and compare the data of the two groups.Research shows that,the intervention effect of the phased targeted intervention program on habitual behavior is significantly higher than that of the conventional intervention measures,and the efficiency is improved by more than 14.2%;the conventional intervention measures has no significant effect on the improvement of the safety awareness of the workers;with the change of time,the longer the TTM intervention time on the workers,the lower the intervention effect on the workers′habitual behavior;different intervention stage should put different emphasis on the cultivation of workers′habitual behavior.
