Abstract:
The reaction calorimeter RC1 has the advantages of simple evaluation route,easy operation,and environmental protection in the study of thermal hazard in the process of sulfonation reaction,and has gradually become a research hot spot in recent years.Due to the difference between the sulfonating agent and the sulfonated compound during the sulfonation process,the risk of the sulfonation process is also very different.In this article,an in-depth study on the thermal hazards of ten different processes in the sulfonation reaction process was conducted through the reaction calorimeter RC1,differential scanning calorimetry DSC and adiabatic accelerating calorimeter ARC.This work has great reference value for the practical production of enterprises,and it can effectively reduce potential thermal hazards.
